A while ago I asked my coworker Rejeane to help me with a personal project. It was a photoshoot in Los Angeles. You can see that shoot here. So I was super thrilled when Rejeana hired me to cover her nieces's (Rosalie) baptism event. Baptisms are one of my favorite types of children photography. It is a very important milestone's in the life of catholic children. I was excited to be a part of it.

I have been photographing Nathan pretty much since he was born. This little one is one of the reasons why I decided to try children photography in the first place! I gotta say that it really helps that he is very photogenic and also a lot of fun!

James is one of the shiest toddlers I had the pleasure to photograph. Make no mistake tho... while this little one might be very quiet he does has a great killer instinct in sports... for such a young age. You can see here a previous post where he showed amazing golf skills. This time I photographed his birthday party. I had a lot of fun shooting this one and the pizza was a big plus!

Make no mistake tho... while this little one might be very quiet he does has a great killer instinct in sports... for such a young age. I don't know a lot about golf but I do know a little bit about sports. When their family showed me this video of James taking golf swings I was so impressed that I immediately suggested that we shot him in action at a local park! The results blew me away!

I was referred to the Miguels' family by Carol Lee (Camilla's mom). We decided that we would shoot their Family Portrait Session at a nature setting in Pasadena. The lighting was really great and the fall colors added a nice background to the pictures. It was really nice to meet and work with the Miguel's family and it was very rewarding to capture little Gavin's smile!

If you have read my previous posts you might be familiar with Jessica's belly growth project. I was looking forward to this maternity shoot since the beginning of the project. We decided to do half session at Riverside Botanic Gardens at the University of California, Riverside and the other half at the Honeyfields residence.

Back in October 10th we were supposed to shoot the last installment of Jessica's belly growth pictures. Well baby Leah Honeyfield had other plans! Leah was born 3 days before the shoot. Just when we were about to call it quits and make the poster with 6 pictures it occur to me that it'll be a cool idea to add one last picture but with Jessica holding her bundle of joy! I really loved the connection between mother and daughter on this picture. Enjoy!
This is the final installment of Jessica's pregnancy belly growth pictures. How do I know? Well because last week Jessica's baby was born. It was very exciting to hear the news and I am really looking forward to meet her!
Once again these are our 2 favorite poses. Enjoy.
